Authentic Pad Thai ผัดไทย 泰式炒河粉

Sen canth or Korat rice noodles, beansprouts, chives or green onion, red onion, sweet radish, dry shrimp, tofu, egg and peanuts. In Pad Thai sauce we made it authentic with tamarind and palm sugar plus fish sauce. We use recipe from Ang- Thong, Thailand that over 100 years. We use natural red chili for natural color no dye or paprikas.
Drunken Noodle ผัดขี้เมา 🌶️
Spicy dish- Broad noodles, chili, bell pepper, onion, green bean , bamboo shoot, young hot pepper, Kaempferia and basil leaves. Note that this dish is spicy by nature, and even "mild' will have some heat to it.

Warning: Our spiciness is real Thai spicy level. Make sure you can handle the heat or ask for less than normal if you are 1st time customer.

Broad noodles, broccoli, carrot, garlic and egg with thick black soy sauce. Smoky wok on the soy sauce is the cooking method we care for this dish. You suppose to get some smoky smell on noodle with the sauce and recommend add on top of Chili vinegar and some dry chili powder we serve on the side for the hit.
